Sonny releases his highly anticipated acoustic EP ‘Beech Road’ today via Never Fade Records. His most personal and poignant project to date, the EP showcases Sonny’s songwriting and vocal capabilities to full effect, as he’s accompanied by nothing more than an acoustic guitar and choir, allowing his rich vocal to resonate throughout.

He has also shared the candid, official video for ‘Let Love’, that displays his journey of making the ‘Beech Road’ EP through a brilliantly shot visual – out now.

The EP title is inspired by the recording studio where Sonny created this project, nestled on a homely street called Beech Road in London. The four track EP features latest releases ‘Sweet Dreams’ and ‘Let Love’, along with new material including ‘End Of The Rainbow’, a compelling track about striving to the end that features Sonny’s velvety vocal. Lastly, the stirring ‘Life Of The Party’, where Sonny is joined by a joyous gospel choir.

To release an acoustic project at such a young age reveals a deft singer-songwriter in the making.

On ‘Beech Road’, Sonny explains “This EP is a collection of songs I wrote on my acoustic guitar and recorded at Beech Road. I wanted to keep them all stripped and go back to my roots”.

Hailing from South Shields, the multi-instrumentalist exudes a classic 50s/60s aesthetic and obtains a soulful vocal which sounds way beyond his years, influencing his impressive gift to consistently produce timeless pop classics.
