London, United Kingdom – July 19, 2013: Multiplay, organiser of the UK’s largest gaming festivals, is today excited to confirm Logitech and as headline sponsors of this year’s biggest gaming festival, Insomnia 49.

As part of its Insomnia event sponsorship, Logitech will co-sponsor the gaming hall and brings the Logitech Lounge to Insomnia festivals for the first time, offering a unique chill-out area for competitive gamers and show attendees to relax in during the show. Logitech branding will appear on all show prints, and feature prominently on the main stage and during all live streamed events.

In its position as headline sponsor, Scan is bringing the largest exhibition stand to the show. Further to this, it will also receive prominent brand placement on the main stage and all live streams.

Spaces to compete in the tournaments are still available online at To date over 3,000 spaces have been reserved for ‘bring your own PC and Console’ tickets, while Multiplay is expecting up-to 15,000 visitors through the door across the weekend for the Exhibtion Hall, which features everything from the latest games, development talks and e-tailers selling the latest hardware, to retro gaming arcades and chill out zones; whilst over two million gamers will be watching video streaming online.
