Celebrate Halloween with War Rock

Nexon Europe is pleased to announce that popular free-to-play, multiplayer shooter War Rock will be receiving a new autumn special content update.

Players that log on during the Halloween season will gain access to new versions of classic maps, be able to participate in exclusive community events, and earn special in-game items and rewards.

For a limited time, players will be able to wage war on unique versions of ‘Bloc’ and ‘Xauen’, which have both been given a terrific Halloween makeover. As an added bonus, any players that take up arms on the new maps will be rewarded with exclusive items.

Two special Halloween events will be taking place over the season. The first of which is the Top 10 Kill Event, which will see the top 10 users with the most kills within the week receive an exciting prize. The Halloween Movie Event will allow players to submit their own movies, with the five best entries earning their creators incredible prizes.

“The Halloween update is another wonderful example of how the War Rock team continue to support the game with great new content. I can’t wait to take a look at the movies that the community create.” said Marcel Kim, Product Manager at Nexon Europe.

In addition to the limited Halloween content, Nexon Europe also announced that the Military Supply Box will receive an overhaul, making more popular weapons accessible via the system.
