COSMO Nottingham extends its Chinese range as it welcome new head chef Xian

A head chef who has worked in the kitchens of some of London’s finest Chinese restaurants has joined Nottingham’s leading buffet restaurant COSMO Authentic World Kitchen.   Chef Delun Xian has been appointed as head of the Chinese section at the restaurant, in Milton Street, following a number of years working for the world-famous Hakkasan, which operates three award-winning restaurants in the capital.   (more…)

Review : Bella Italia Mansfield

Bella Italia Mansfield opened in November 2015, it's situated on Mansfield's newly developed Leisure Park retail park. Myself and my partner had a table booked for 7.30pm on a Saturday night, a lovely time for a meal, but not a great time to find a parking space! The car park was packed with other restaurant go-ers and also visitors to the adjacent cinema so expect to be searching for a parking space. (more…)

Review : Ed’s Easy Diner – intu Victoria Centre Nottingham

I'm not a fan of doing poor reviews for places, but sometimes it needs to be said! We were really disappointed with this Ed's, having been to the London branch a few times when it's heaving with customers to an acceptable quality of food, coming to this Nottingham branch on a quiet Thursday evening we expected this to be quick, easy, and just as good, unfortunately not.  (more…)
